30-Day Return Period

From the moment of delivery, you have 30 days available to request a return. To be deemed eligible, the item must remain unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Filing a Return Request

To begin a return, please reach out to us through our contact page and provide your order number along with the reason behind the return. Once your request has been accepted, we will share with you specific instructions on the dispatch method and the address to which the parcel must be sent.

Returns received without prior authorization cannot be handled.

Damages and Concerns

Please inspect your shipment promptly upon receipt and notify us without delay if the item appears to be defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered. We will review the situation and work together with you to identify a fair solution.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain categories of items are excluded from returns. These include in particular: custom-made or personalized goods, items damaged due to improper handling, articles lacking their original packaging, and any items that were marked as final sale at the moment of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned shipment has reached us and has been verified, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued within 7–14 business days using the same payment method originally chosen. Please be aware that the time required for the funds to actually appear may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain the item you prefer is by first returning the original article. Once the return has been confirmed, you may place a fresh order for the new item.

Costs of Return Shipping

As a rule, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. An exception applies whenever the return is necessary due to a mistake on our part — for example, when an item is defective or has been shipped in error.
