Shipping policy
Order Preparation Time
Orders received by us are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, with the exception of public holidays). Orders submitted over the weekend or on a holiday will begin to be prepared on the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Periods
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, the following approximate delivery periods apply:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where this option is offered)
- International Shipping: 10–25 business days, depending on the destination country and the duration of customs processing
Please bear in mind that these timeframes serve as estimates only and should not be regarded as firm delivery guarantees.
Shipping Charges
The shipping charges that apply are determined at checkout, based on the weight, the dimensions, and the destination of the parcel. For selected orders or within special promotional campaigns, shipping may also be granted free of charge.
Tracking the Shipment
Once your order has been sent on its way, an email containing the relevant tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update properly.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For shipments going abroad, the recipient is fully responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not part of the product price or of the shipping fee and are generally collected directly by the local courier upon delivery.
Missing or Damaged Shipments
Should your parcel become lost in transit or arrive in a damaged condition, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so that the matter can be addressed together with the shipping company.
Correctness of the Delivery Address
During checkout, please verify carefully that your delivery address has been entered completely and correctly. We accept no responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses as a result of errors made by the customer. Should you spot a mistake, please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order so that we may try to update the address before the parcel is dispatched.
